Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is a process that you design and drive. The input is your ideas, your processes, your leadership style and your team. The output is alignment. You create a place where your organizational system supports your direction, and your team embraces your vision.

Here is how it works:

Step One - The Contract

We design a contract around one goal – a specific goal that is meaningful to you and will get you where you want to go. We create a picture of success and design key milestones and accountability measures to track your progress.

Step Two - The Data

We work together to evaluate the effectiveness of your people processes and your organizational systems . A number of assessment tools are available during this process. We will unveil themes and blind spots to refine your plan, clarify the changes you need to make, and identify the resources and support you need to succeed.

Step Three - The Work

Now you are ready to execute your plan. We monitor your progress and review barriers as they surface – and they will surface. The difference now is that you have contingency plans in place and a system that supports you. We will reinforce what we learned during the data collection phase and focus your energies to stay the course.

Step Four - The Debrief

You’re there. We focus on the key actions and behaviors that contributed to your accomplishment. What did you do differently? How can you apply this new knowledge to your next challenge? You are now positioned to replicate your success, over and over again.
